We agree complete with D. Suzanne Kloehn's comment on February 26, 2012. We also bought at Costco in Clackamas, Oregon, the Pleasant Valley Farms Old Fashioned Pickles & Peppers Sweet Hot Mix & feel they're the best ever! Please let us know where to buy more in the cities around greater Portland.

It's really cool to read something about my cousin Craig, who I only see when I come back to the good ol' Skagit Valley on vacations! Yeah for QUALITY!!! And for "Old fashioned production on local farms! The article is right on - it's hard to put a price on "pride of ownership"! I love it and am only sorry that I just found this article today (I was looking to see if he was connected to Facebook). Now, to get my hands on some of that sauerkraut here in West Virginia. I wish!

Hi Suzanne,

Pleasant Valley Farm is largely a wholesale operation primarily working directly with food service accounts and distributors. They do sell some retail products in Whole Foods in the Seattle/Tacoma area and have plans to increase their retail presence in the near future. We'll definitely make an announcement once that happens!

The Pleasant Valley Farms Old Fashioned Pickles & Peppers SWEET HOT MIX are simply the best pickles we've ever eaten. I bought them at Costco and returned to get more and have not seen them again. Please tell me where I can buy these fabulous pickles?
