SVN Fall Conference Approaching and Innovation Award Winners Announced
With conference season in full swing, next week brings the annual Social Venture Network (SVN) Fall Conference in La Jolla, CA (October 22 – 25). RSF is proud to be a conference sponsor and several RSF staff members will be in attendance. Look for RSF CEO Don Shaffer on Friday afternoon (October 23), when he will be moderating the panel discussion “Social Finance: The Whole Picture” with speakers Shaula Massena (angel investor) and Jason Graham-Nye (co-founder & CEO of gDiapers – an RSF borrower!). We are also thrilled that SVN has announced the 2009 Innovation Award winners, for which RSF was a presenting sponsor. SVN created the Innovation Awards out of a desire to support and inspire the next generation of innovative, socially responsible business and nonprofit entrepreneurs.
