RSF Participates in Case Study for Serenic

RSF not only strives to be innovative in our product offerings and our contributions to social finance, but in our internal operations as well. One example of how we strive to stay ahead of the curve is RSF’s participation in a case study for our database software vendor, Serenic. In this case study, RSF was the first organization in the country to implement the Navigator 2009 product which utilizes the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 technology and functionality. By participating in this study, RSF was able to provide direct feedback on the product’s functionality and usability.  We’re delighted to say that this has been a great success as this new software has many more robust features making it easier for us to serve our clients’ needs as well as to further streamline our daily operations.  For more information on this case study, please check out the write-up from Serenic by clicking here.
