Deadline to Make Tax-Free Contributions from Your IRA is December 31st

Are over 70.5 years of age? If so, you are eligible to make tax free contributions to a public charity out of your IRA before December 31st, 2009. The only requirement is that you must instruct your broker to transfer the funds directly to the public charity and the limit on donations is $100,000. For those who qualify, act fast before the New Year arrives!
