Ali is focused on deploying effectively-structured integrated capital to support enterprises working in inclusive resilient food systems and regenerative agriculture.

• Dana Stranz, Director, Credit and Portfolio Management

Dana is responsible for credit risk and portfolio management of the lending portfolio as well as building and maintaining borrower and stakeholder relationships.

• Ellie Pickrell, Relationship Manager, Social Enterprise Lending

Ellie works with existing RSF borrowers with a focus on inclusive resilient food systems and regenerative agriculture.

• Michael Jones, Senior Relationship Manager, Social Enterprise Lending

Michael is responsible for growing the loan portfolio with a focus on renewable energy and climate related areas.

• Vic McKellips, Client Development Manager

Vic manages the client engagement department and drives its program development activities.
