The RSF Social Investment Fund provides a unique opportunity to invest in a diversified, direct loan fund comprised of over 75 leading non-profit organizations and for-profit social enterprises. It represents a great way to achieve substantial social and environmental “returns” while generating a financial return similar to that of a bank CD.
Your investment in this fund supports RSF’s Core Lending Program, which provides mortgage loans, working capital lines of credit, and inventory financing exclusively to non-profit and for-profit organizations dedicated to improving the well-being of society and the environment. Click here to view a full list of our current borrowers.

Since 1984, RSF has maintained a 100% repayment rate – plus interest – to our community of investors, and has made over $230 million in loans to social enterprises through this program. Historical rates of return are similar to those of a bank CD. Learn more.
Accessible to a wide range of investors, the RSF Social Investment Fund has a minimum investment of just $1,000, and allows for partial or complete repayments at the end of each financial quarter. Learn more.
The RSF Social Investment Fund is available to residents of most US states and some Canadian provinces. To learn more about our investment offerings in your area, please select your state from the dropdown menu at the top of this page or contact Mark Herrera at 415.561.6160.
