The RSF Social Investment Fund forms the core of our lending activity, providing capital to high-impact organizations that often cannot find financing elsewhere. Since 1984, RSF has made over $200 million in loans to social enterprises through this program.
RSF found its niche providing mortgage loans to Waldorf Schools, serving as the primary financier to this community for twenty years. Lending within the emerging field of values-based, for-profit enterprises is a natural extension of RSF’s expertise and commitment to building the field of social finance.
