Founded in 2017, Hawthorne Valley Ferments (HVF) produces and distributes fermented vegetables and living, probiotic products. HVF products are good for the earth. All ferments are made with organic or certified biodynamic ingredients. Fermented foods such as kimchi, sauerkraut, and extracted drinking tonics are rich in probiotics and are an excellent source of the life-sustaining bacteria needed by the body to maintain health.
