Erika Williams

Erika oversees the client engagement and philanthropic services departments at RSF and leads its donor and investor relations, development, and community engagement activities. Before joining RSF, Erika held roles in Investment Management & Advisory and Donor Development where she honed her fundraising skills. With 10+ years of experience in finance, she is helping RSF apply its integrated capital approach to fund innovative social enterprises for a more inclusive economy. Erika previously worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and Wells Fargo & Co. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
