Fueled by a 10-year career in sales, where she thrived on building relationships and driving results, Badiana brings a unique perspective to RSF Social Finance, a nonprofit organization close to her values.

Her Master's degree in Strategic HR and Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver is a testament to her desire to understand the intricate workings of the human engine that powers an organization. Just as the heart communicates with every part of the body, Badiana believes HR should promote collaboration across all levels of an organization.

Badiana's background isn't limited to HR textbooks. Her vibrant Haitian roots and travel experiences instilled in her a natural ability to connect with people and find common ground. This talent, honed further by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, shines through in her communication style – clear, impactful, and designed to build bridges.
