Michael Bart

Michael is responsible for overseeing the operational activity for RSF's Loan Portfolio and Social Investment Fund (SIF), which includes operational risk and performance management. Michael has 30 years of banking and lending experience with more than 20 years in leadership. Prior to joining RSF, Michael was the manager of the Operation Success department at Celebrity Home Loans where he built loan fulfillment teams and oversaw the design and implementation of processes and procedures for the enterprise. Before that, he worked for various financial companies developing leaders and teams, managing business system transitions, and launching new divisions and products. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Truman State University, and he earned Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from the American College during his tenure with State Farm.
