Seeding new and
impactful initiatives

The RSF Seed Fund provides small grants—between $500 and $3,500—to organizations that offer innovative solutions to challenges in the areas of social finance, food and agriculture, education and the arts, or ecological stewardship. Grantees must demonstrate a capacity for effectiveness and impact in addressing their cause.

The fund is modest in size and supported annually by unrestricted gifts to RSF rather than from an endowment. Requests for grants far exceed resources available, so please ensure that your project meets the eligibility criteria before applying.

We will accept applications until March 15 at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time. Download the handouts below for more information on eligibility and the application process.
