Anne J. White

As the founder and principal of Pure Goodness Consulting (2020-present), she provides short- and long-term strategic consulting for private, community, and corporate foundations. Anne’s expertise spans a wide range of leadership roles, including Executive Director of Lead with Love (2021-2023), where she integrated spirituality, wellbeing, and community-focused education. She also served as Administrator and Head of Philanthropy at Waldorf School Roaring Fork (2013-2021), where she transformed the school’s ethos and culture, increased faculty compensation, and aligned the curriculum with community needs.

Previously, Anne led Bright Future Foundation (2008-2010), where she pioneered comprehensive programs to support victims of domestic violence and abuse, and SOS Outreach (2001-2008), expanding its youth-development work globally. Across these roles, she has raised over $50 million in support of humanitarian and ecological initiatives and built resilient, science-based solutions to address the complexities of societal transformation.

Anne is a lifelong learner with credentials from prestigious institutions, including Georgetown University, Columbia University, and Antioch University. She has received numerous awards for her work in social impact, including the National “Best Afterschool Program” award for SOS Outreach and “Non-Profit of the Year” for Bright Future Foundation. Anne is also a certified Yoga Teacher, HeartMath Trainer, and Restorative Dialogue Facilitator.
