Georgia Zocca

Georgia Zocca is a fractional CFO at Do Good CFO, where she provides strategic finance support to mission-driven organizations, including CDFIs, impact investors, and foundations. She works directly with leadership teams on financial reporting, policy development, and long-term financial planning. Her focus is building the financial discipline and infrastructure these organizations need to grow responsibly and earn the trust of lenders, funders, and boards.

Previously, Georgia spent over 20 years in banking, including roles at First Republic Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase, where she led teams spanning FP&A, risk management, modeling, and strategy. She served on multiple risk and lending committees, helped guide the organization through periods of significant growth as well as acute economic stress, and worked closely with boards and executive leadership on long-range planning and capital strategy.

Born and raised in Brazil, Georgia holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Sao Paulo and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
