Mia Solberg

As a Senior Associate Portfolio Manager on the Credit team at RSF, Mia is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing commercial loan clients. Mia is a dynamic investment and relationship professional with experience spanning private equity research, investment management and small business / startup business development. With a background in economics and business and feminist and gender studies at Colorado College, they aim to marry their social justice values and qualitative assessment skills with their financial acumen. A recipient of multiple academic and research awards, Mia combines these skills with a deep commitment to racial justice, environmental sustainability, and innovative economic models. Outside of their career, Mia is an avid card player, hiker, and spin instructor.
