Nicole Henderson

Nicole Henderson is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience across the nonprofit, banking, credit union, and private sectors. She has a strong foundation in GAAP compliance, strategic financial management, and process improvement. As Head of Finance & Accounting, she oversees the organization’s accounting operations and financial reporting with a focus on integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining RSF she was Controller for MyPoint Credit Union, where she led financial and regulatory reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting operations. She has also partnered closely with internal and external auditors across various audits and played an active role in strategic planning and organizational decision making.

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of the Top 50 Women of Influence in Accounting & Finance.
