Kathleen Paylor
Kathleen Paylor brings over two decades of bold, values-aligned leadership in philanthropy and impact investing. Her journey is guided by a powerful belief: that capital—when centered in relationship and regenerative purpose—can be a profound force for healing and transformation.
In 2008, Kathleen founded Conscious Capital, a pioneering firm dedicated to aligning money with meaning. For ten years, she partnered with philanthropists and mission-driven investors to move hundreds of millions of dollars toward social and environmental good. Her focus has always been clear: shift resources in ways that nourish what matters most.
Now, as Vice President of Impact Investing and Philanthropy at Regenerative Social Finance (RSF), Kathleen leads with heart and precision. She builds bridges between institutions and individuals ready to activate their wealth in service of a more equitable and regenerative future. Her work invites values-aligned capital to flow—intentionally, collaboratively, and where it’s most needed.
Before joining RSF, Kathleen led the high-net-worth fundraising team at FoodCorps, a national nonprofit advancing food justice and education. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Tufts University and a BA from Mount Holyoke College, and she is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®.
