We are delighted to share that Donna Daniels, previously RSF’s director of client engagement, has been promoted to vice president, philanthropic services. Donna will set strategy for RSF’s Donor Advised Fund program, lead philanthropic advising, and continue to steward donor relationships.
In addition, we are thrilled to announce that Mindy Christensen, previously RSF’s head of credit, has been promoted to vice president, lending. Mindy will oversee all aspects of RSF’s lending programs—business development, relationship management, and credit risk, including underwriting, portfolio management, and loan operations.
(Mindy begins her new role as Kate Danaher steps away from RSF as chief lending officer. We wish Kate all the best with her future endeavors!)
With these promotions, Donna and Mindy will join RSF’s executive team.
Looking ahead to the end of this year, John Bloom, vice president, organizational culture, will make a transition from RSF after an incredible 22 years. While John will continue full-time until December, he will step back from the executive team to focus on supporting RSF culture and continue his advisory work and writing.
