San Francisco, July 2, 2025 – Today RSF launches CUSIP-registered Broker Notes on Bloomberg through bookrunner Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC. These three-year notes offer a 3.5% fixed annualized return, require only a $5,000 minimum investment, and capitalize RSF’s $137 million evergreen Social Investment Fund — a 40-year-old impact loan fund that deploys catalytic capital to social enterprises working in climate and energy, food and agriculture, education, and community impact.

“This launch marks a transformative moment for RSF,” said Kathleen Paylor, vice president of impact investing and philanthropy at RSF. “By bringing our notes to the electronic brokerage market, we’re eliminating long-standing barriers and making it radically easier for investors to align their capital with their values.”

For the first time, investors can access RSF’s deeply impactful private debt offering in a frictionless, scalable format. The CUSIP structure removes manual onboarding barriers that have historically limited access for registered investment advisors, institutions and asset managers — unlocking a broader universe of aligned capital.

“It’s taken months of behind-the-scenes work — legal, operational, strategic — but the outcome is powerful: an institutional-grade product that stays true to RSF’s mission while expanding our reach to new investors ready to drive meaningful change,” said Jasper van Brakel, president and CEO of RSF.

The notes are available to institutional and individual investors via electronic brokerage platforms. The Social Investment Fund will issue these Broker Notes monthly, with a purchase period of the 1st to the 15th of each month. RSF’s CUSIP number is listed on the Invest page of RSF’s website under “Terms and Interest Rates.” Investment professionals can also contact Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC directly to purchase a note.
