(Social Investment Fund)

We encourage you to sign up for the client portal

  • If you’ve already registered through the client portal, thank you! Please use this link to access your Social Investment Fund account online.
  • If you haven’t yet registered for online access, you can do so here.
  • Through the portal, you can opt-in for electronic statements (recommended), add to your account, request a disbursement, gift your interest, and access the latest newsletter and other publications.
  • Access to your account information will be available once our staff confirms your identity.
  • If you experience any issues with the portal, please reach out to us at support@rsfsocialfinance.org.

Please sign up for electronic statements

  • For timely receipt of your quarter-end statements, we strongly encourage you to sign up to receive electronic quarterly statements and other publications. Because our team is working remotely, paper statements sent by mail will likely be delayed.
  • Log in to the client portal here
  • From the Manage My Fund menu (on the left) select Account Detail
  • Open and complete the Electronic Disclosures Agreement (above the Transactions Summary)

How to add to your investment

  • If possible, please make any additions to your Social Investment Fund note via wire or ACH.
  • RSF’s wire and ACH instructions are available on the client portal, and can also be found here. 
  • Once in the client portal, go to Investing Resources menu (on the left)
      • For wire instructions, select Add to My Fund
      • For ACH contributions (one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual), select Recurring Contribution
  • If you would like to add with a check, please make payable to Social Investment Fund, Inc. and include your fund number in the memo. Mail to RSF Social Finance, 1002 O’Reilly Ave, San Francisco, CA 94129.
  • To ensure timely receipt and processing of your funds, please contact the team at sif@rsfsocialfinance.org to let them know you will be making an addition.

How to request a disbursement

  • You can request a disbursement online by completing this form or contacting us at sif@rsfsocialfinance.org.
  • Please submit your disbursement request at least 30 days prior to quarter-end to allow adequate time for processing. The next disbursement date is June 30. Please submit your request by June 1.

Information regarding quarterly interest payments  

  • RSF is now processing all interest payments through our external partner, Bill.com.
  • If you typically receive your quarterly interest via check, you may experience a delay this quarter. We will keep you updated if there are any major delays.
  • If you have signed up to receive electronic payments via wire or ACH, you will continue to receive them electronically and payment will not be delayed. You can expect to receive them within 3-5 business days of the end of the quarter.

How to sign up for electronic interest disbursements for future payments 

  • When you receive your check at the end of this quarter, it will include information on how to opt-in to electronic payments via Bill.com for future disbursements along with a unique code.
  • Please use these details to sign up for electronic interest payments with Bill.com going forward. Click here to view a sample image of what your check and code will look like.

  • Once you have registered on the client portal, we encourage you to sign up to receive electronic quarterly statements and other publications.
  • Log in to to the client portal here.
  • From the Manage My Fund menu (on the left) select Account Detail
  • Next to Statement Delivery Method, select Electronic, and click Save

  • We ask that transactions be conducted online as much as possible, through wires, ACH, and credit cards, rather than paper checks.
