Vic McKellips

Vic manages the client engagement department at RSF and drives its program development activities. Before joining RSF, Vic held non-profit leadership roles in philanthropic development, membership, and stewardship. Her extensive experience will help support RSF's accountability to its community of borrowers, investors, donors, and partners. Vic previously worked at Oceanside Museum of Art, The San Diego New Children's Museum, the San Diego Asian Film Festival, and the YMCA. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
